Update
Unfortunately, we pulled out of the markets when the pandemic hit and have yet to start again. We had product that expired in the meantime. Still good but unsalable. We were pleased to be able to donate the lot to our local chapter of Teen Challenge. We still have product that must be sold before it expires. Our shop is still open for online purchases
What Next?
We are on hold for the foreseeable future
MUSIC CENTER
We will continue to pursue USDA certification for the other four flavors. On the research and development front, we want to build a test kitchen in order to investigate new combinations of flavor, as well as, different meats…for example, we have been asked to try our hand at Turkey Jerky
